A historical 19^th Century house with a contemporary extension, the property is perched on the cliff tops, boasting glorious views of South Devon and usually offering direct access to a sheltered cove. Please note that the descent to the cove is not for the faint-hearted, but the property is only 5 minutes to an easy-access family beach.
